honestly it didnt work for me, but ill tell u what did. using cantu oil sheen instead of grease,sticking to one family of hair care products instead of using different kinds, taking vitamens, keeping split ends cut, not washing my hair so much, and eating protein, since the hair is made of protein anyways. my hair has grown bout 3inches since feb, so hope this helps
