What makes black people hair grow is it braides? hair oil? cause my hair is falling out?

i have tried to cut my hair to make it even and that didnt work so what can i do??What makes black people hair grow is it braides? hair oil? cause my hair is falling out?
Okay, let's approach this from a logical point of view. Lets start with a couple of facts: 1) your hair is falling out, and 2) your hair isn't growing (getting longer). What can we derive from these two situations? That the breakage is causing your hair not to grow longer?

Now, your hair can grow faster than anyone else's, but does it matter if all it's doing is breaking off? It's the breakage that's keeping you at shorter lengths. Stop the breakage and learn proper ways to take care of your hair and you'll see it grow long, beautiful, and healthy. Chemicals and heat can cause constant breakage. I don't know if you're relaxing or not, but it's not healthy for your hair and you'll be able to grow it longer and healthier without the harsh chemicals.

Your hair grows from under your scalp, and how quickly it grows is determined by your genes. Whatever you put on the outside of your hair does not make it grow faster. Braids help your hair grow longer (not faster) because it keeps from daily styling, thus, it keeps you from breaking off your hair. So, if your hair grows 1/2 inch per month then you'll see your hair get 1/2 inch longer instead of loosing that 1/2 inch in breakage.

Good luck.

Hair oil helps a lot. Especially hot oil treatments and going to the salon every other week for a deep conditioning (it's only like 20 dollars). Braiding may make it grow longer, but it will thin it out a lot and hair will fall out, and obviously if your hair is already falling out some, you don't want to pull on it by putting braids in. Hair oil is good, like olive oil (some people call it liquid gold) or coconut oil. Or you can treat your scalp with some of those growth treatments found at the beauty supply. Also, make sure to take a multivitamin or a vitamin especially for hair and nails - I think Vitamin E is the one. Prenatal pills help too.
