To answer your question, there are a number of hair waxes and pomades that you can get like at Sally's (or you could go to a salon and buy them) which would keep your hair down. WE are the idiots. Um, your question makes NO sense. WTF are you talking about? Do you mean waves as in the kind you get at the barbershop? Just go back to the barbershop to get it then. I've never in my life seen a black person with WAVES. I think you mean CURLS. If you want curls, just grow out your hair. You could also try putting a relaxer in it for a few minutes and rinsing it out to loosen the curl pattern. DO NOT APPLY RELAXER until you completely understand the instructions or you will burn your head off.
