If by difference you mean straight and curly, the difference is: Straight hair shafts are round in cross section. Curly hair is flattened and the more flattened, the curlier the hair.

Okay, so , human life began in Africa. The human species has developed vastly over time and in the beginning, humans had fur. As humans evolved, this straight haired fur became less and less and then evolved into more kinky hair that we see on those of African descent today (although technically we all as a species originate from Africa). Now, whats interesting is the origin of white skin and more straight hair comes from probably the Northern region of Africa. There's not much difference. All hair is made of about 90% protien and 10% water. The only difference is the cuticle in white people hair is straight and the cuticle in black peoples hair is bent in different directions creating the curl pattern. The cuticle is the out side layer
I think whites have more straight hair than blacks, and whites have more blondes than blacks. It's pretty rare for blacks to have blonde hair than black or brown hair. Most black have usually curly or wavy hair than straight hair.
