Black people's hair grow the same amount of length as any other race of people. The only difference is that the majority have SUPER curly curls that evidently makes the hair LOOK shorter than how it really is. And if black people would stop using them damn small combs to try and comb their hair or perming their hair, then the majority of them would have long hair. Stop fighting what's natural.

With black hair it's harder to tell because they have tendency for a lot of breakage and there hair grows out in tight curls, it tneds to break faster than it grows. You lose a lot of hair when you braid it up. All the breakage and clumps of hair in the brush or comb all takes away from your length because the hair broke off.
Everyone's hair grows about the same, about 1/2'; a month.
It seems that black hair doesn't grow as fast because it's curly.
Don't read what them other idiots put it depend if black people have their out like everyday it will thin out and u end up with jacked up hair now if u keep it braided for quite a while it will grown but if u keep getting it braided it will thin out I don't really know much about white people hair but I know It grow faster the black people unless ur mix with something. When ur hair is permed and u just pull it back in a ponytail and grown fast but If Black people stop getting their braided every 2 weeks it would grow so much better. I'm black but I'm also mix with and a lil bit of Indian but only a lil bcuz great great great grandmother was Indian but it really depend what type of hair u have and how u treat it is the result to how long it will grow
