Why is black people hair consider to be nappy?

this is not meant to be racist. I am black myself I just want to see different opinions. Why is black people hair consider to be nappy?
i'm not black, but definitely not raciest, i think that you can compare and i think because black people do not have as many natural oils in their hair it causes it not to be able to grow like others and that may be why they choose to use heavy greases in their hair and braid it or put extensions in or have a fro because it's easier to maintain there hair and makes it look really pretty on them, but i do think that all people white/white, black/black have different hair types, white people can have nappy or black people can have nappy, and the same goes for silky it's really all how you do your hair in some cases may be it looks nappy just because it's different, but that does not actually mean the hairs nappy it's just your individual hair type. Why is black people hair consider to be nappy?
because their hair is not bounceable..i don't know
DAMN!!! What is UP with the racist questions tonite?! This is like the 5th 'black' people question
