Why is Black people hair not the same as other races?

is there any possible way to fix this problem? Why is Black people hair not the same as other races?
i dont really think its a problem. black people have beautiful hair. It just has different oils i think and thats why it acts different and needs different hair product thats all.Why is Black people hair not the same as other races?
stop being ashame of ur hair and be proud of what u got black people have a unique hair and can put more hairstyles in their hair
their hair doesnt produce oils naturally like everyone elses hair thats why it looks dry or wutever. but as long as they take care of it its looks just fine. Why would it be a problem?
because we ******* say so,

whats you peoples problems?

some people are so frigging dumb?
I would not classify this as a ';problem'; that needs to be fixed. If you choose to go against your hair texture then I guess that's where your problem can come about. Black hair is different not b/c of the oils but the lack there of, its very dry, thus causing the fragility and constant damage- especially when we try to go against our hair grade. I suspect Black hair texture is due to the hot climate of our ancestory homeland-Africa. Our hair served a purpose for such climate. It is thick and grows out faster than down as a result as well (perhaps it didn't need to be long to keep us warm). Of course many Black people have come to be composed of other ethnicities over the past hundreds of years now so that is not necessarily true anymore for those of us in other countries. Our hair comes in many textures and shades from long and naturally straight to short and tightly curled. If you want to ';fix'; your hair to liken it to the finer, straighter texture , I would suggest getting it chemically relaxed. But I would suggest working with your hair instead of against it, it's healthier and easier!
It's not a problem.

Their hair is that way because of the area their culture comes from. Everything about everyone is a product of their culture. Dark skin to protect from the sun and their hair to do the same.
Are you serious?

You need to get out more.
I asked one of my friends about that and she said that African American hair is so tightly coiled and curly that it grows out extremely slow and it can be fragile. She uses a relaxer to take some of the curliness out of it so that she can style it easier.
be proud of your hair/race and stop trying to change it love your self and happiness will follow...we always want what we cant have...if it bugs you so much you could relax your hair with chemicals or texturise it but i think you should slap a few cornrows in your hair and be happy life is to damn short
